- The employee threatened to call 911 before kicking the man out

A bizarre video has emerged showing an angry Spectrum store employee and a customer battling it out in a store after he attempted to return allegedly faulty devices.
The outburst was captured by another person in the store, who shared a video of the incident on TikTok. She claimed the grandfather was upset that he couldn’t return his equipment.
It’s unclear where the video was filmed, but it shows the customer first being physically thrown out of the store and then returning with a vengeance.
“I can just remove you from the store if you want, that’s totally fine,” the employee ranted as he waved his hands in the air at the start of the argument.
The angry Spectrum employee then threatened to call 911.
Unimpressed, the customer – a man in shorts and a polo shirt – shot back: “Then do it and leave it to them!”

As he said this, the employee beat him to it, picked up the product and walked to the door.
The irate customer chased after him and made it outside, where the employee slammed his router and cables shut and closed the door behind him.
“Please don’t come back in!” said the annoyed employee.
The customer came back angry, marched in and kicked the employee in the face.
Finally, another store employee intervened.
While the TikTok user called the customer “entitled,” others in the comments section were on his side.

“I’m on my grandpa’s side here, if you have spectrum you would understand,” said another.
Others took to Reddit and commented on the incident.
“Lol, Spectrum is still telling customers on the phone to drop off their cable gear at Spectrum stores.
“But the stores no longer accept cable television.” “Now there are only cell phones,” said one.
“Spectrum will just fire this guy and replace him with a drone,” said another.
Spectrum did not immediately respond to ‘s request for comment.
