Spencer Matthews and his wife Vogue Williams both showed off their very fit figures as they worked out while on holiday in Sotogrande, Spain this weekend.
Shirtless Spencer, 34, flaunted his ripped torso as he successfully attempted a striker role during his stay at Villa Palmera in the Andalucia region.
In a video shared to his Instagram Stories, the former Made In Chelsea star was seen standing barefoot on the grass in gray shorts before throwing himself into a forward roll and jumping up to perform a series of athletic moves.
Meanwhile, 37-year-old model Vogue posted a clip on her social media page of her showing off her toned abs while working out at the gym. She once lifted a barbell with no weights on it and jokingly captioned her post, “I even have trouble with the bar alone.”
This comes after the couple made an offensive confession on their recent podcast, in which Spencer reveals exactly how much sex they have together.

The couple, who have been married since 2018, admitted to having sex every night for the past few weeks.
Despite being busy as working parents to their three young children, Theodore, four, Gigi, three, and Otto, 15 months, Spencer insisted they make time for each other in the bedroom.
Vogue told listeners of the couple’s Spencer & Vogue podcast about a statistic she recently read: “Couples are having less sex than ever — 30% less than our parents.”
Spencer quickly cut him off, shouting, “Not in our house!” “Okay, I’m going to put something out and it’s going to upset a lot of parents.”
“You and I have sex all the time, ok, so listen to this – we have quite a bit of sex, don’t we? “We’re in a really hot phase,” he admitted.
“In the last three or four weeks, there’s probably only been two nights that we haven’t had sex,” Spencer added.
However, Vogue had a caveat about the admission, saying they were in a “hot phase.”
“We’re in a hot spot — that doesn’t mean we’ll always be in a hot spot.” “Now I regret the sex chat,” she laughed, joking that her husband was in for a “cold” if he continued talking about their sex life.
Take it easy: Vogue joked as she shared a clip of herself lifting a barbell with no weights, jokingly captioning her post, “I struggle even with the barbell by myself.”

“It’s definitely not a permanent no I don’t know yet but not anytime soon,” she revealed when asked if they plan on having more kids.
