Stacey Solomon took to her Instagram on Sunday to share a snap with her rarely seen sister, Samantha Stone.
The former X Factor star, 33, posed next to her sibling, arms wrapped around each other, dressed in workout clothes.
While Stacey’s sister Jemma is a regular on the presenter’s social media channels and even has her own book, Samantha prefers a life away from the spotlight.
But Stacey recently turned to Samantha, a personal trainer, for help with her new exercise program.
She captioned the snap, “Happy Sunday everyone.” Almost three months ago I decided to wipe the cobwebs off of Joe’s gym stuff in the shed and give it a try. I’m so proud that I didn’t give up.

“Grateful for my sister who still has to drag me out of bed at 6am on Sundays @samantha.stone1.”
She added, “I love you as much as I hate you at this point Sam,” followed by laughing emojis.
Samantha is married to Aaron Stone, a TV producer for Gogglebox, and the couple are parents to daughter Poppy and son Axel.
Last month, Stacey shared a video of her Samantha with her followers, explaining that her sister doesn’t like being in front of the camera.
She said, “I promised to introduce you to my other sister, and Samantha Stone didn’t like it!”
“She’s the funniest and craziest of us all.” But is the most camera-shy person I know.”
Stacey previously opened up about her family dynamics when discussing Samantha.
She said: “A lot of you said, ‘I didn’t know you had another sister. Where did you hide them?”

“She’s actually my stepsister, but I would never call her that because we grew up together, so she’s my sister.”
Stacey went on to explain the dynamics of her huge family, saying, “All together we’re about seven.”
“We were a really big blended family. So I have a stepsister, two stepbrothers, my brother and sister, and then my father and stepmother had another baby, so I have another half brother.
“I call them all my brothers and sisters.” I would never call them ‘stages’ just because it feels weird because we grew up like brothers and sisters.”
