Stan has released a racy trailer for the new series Everything I Know About Love, based on Dolly Alderton’s best-selling memoir of the same name.
Starring Emma Appleton and Bel Powley as best friends Maggie and Birdy, the series shows them how to cope with bad dates and heartbreak while surviving their 20s in London.
The seven-part drama written by the author is also from the producers of Bridget Jones’ Diary and Love Actually.

The beginning of the trailer shows Maggie and Birdy getting ready for a night on the town after moving to London.
“Is it hard to be the prettiest girl in the whole world?” Maggie asks Birdy before they are joined for drinks by their buddies Nell (Marli Siu) and Amara (Aliyah Odoffin).
The group enjoys a wild night of partying, in which Birdy describes Maggie as her “boyfriend”.

Birdy then prepares for a hot date, with Maggie reading out a list of her friend’s date topics, including “council tax” and “Russell Brand.”

While eating a block of cheese in bed, Maggie is heard on the phone saying, “People just say that when things change, nothing changes.”
Since Birdy enjoys feeling settled in a relationship, Maggie exclaims that she “wants to live before she dies.”
Racy scenes show her enjoying date sex and coming to a party with an inflatable penis.
With their lives taking different directions, Maggie and Birdy’s relationship reaches a breaking point.
