Stars On Mars: Ariel Winter reveals she started acting at the age of four and that her ‘experience was bad’

Ariel Winter announced that she had not made up her mind to take up acting in Monday’s episode of “Stars On Mars” on Fox.

The 25-year-old actress opened up after being asked by fellow “astronauts” Ronda Rousey, 36, if it was her decision to take up acting.

“I was four,” Ariel said.

“Oh wow,” Ronda replied.

“You don’t really decide anything at four,” Ariel added.

The new “base commander” Tinashe, 30, watched as Ariel shared that it wasn’t an ideal situation.

“My experience was bad,” Ariel said.

Ronda asked if such an experience was “inevitable”.

“No no. Well, it depends on the parents. “It depends on your parents,” said Ariel, who emancipated herself from her parents at age 17 after her older sister, Shanelle Gray, took over her legal guardianship.

Ariel’s family drama broke out in 2012 when her older sister, Shanelle, accused her mother, Chrisoula, of physical and emotional abuse towards Ariel.

At the time, Ariel was only 14 and Shanelle, who is 20 years her senior, applied for and was granted guardianship of her little sister. Chrisoula firmly denied the abuse allegations, but after the settlement was reached, she and Shanelle said together, “The family has moved on from the conflict.”

Ariel announced in May 2015 that she was officially emancipated.

Tinashe reflected on Ariel’s strength in a confessional.

“I’m really impressed with Ariel. You have to be a really strong personality, a strong woman, and have a really strong sense of self to be in the entertainment business. I can understand that,” said Tinashe.

Ariel was one of ten celebrity “astronauts” left at the beginning of the episode entitled “Fire In the Hole”. They lived together in a habitat in the desert region of Coober Pedy in the Australian outback.

Olympic figure skater Adam Rippon, 33, said some of the “astronauts” were starting to get cabin fever.

“Is this place driving me crazy?” said Adam. ‘Yes, of course. “The only good thing is that I was crazy before I came here.”

Porsha Williams Guobadia, 41, was convinced he heard a dog in the middle of the night.

“I’m losing my fucking mind,” Porsha said.

NFL player Richard Sherman, 35, said the hardest part was being away from his family.

“The mental side of this is torture,” said former cyclist Lance Armstrong, 51.

Ronda broke down in tears during a video call with her family.

Mission Command sent a robotic emotional support dog to cheer them up, telling them they would take turns caring for him.

“Arf, arf, arf,” said the robot dog.

The mission computer said that Lance and Tinashe had to walk the dog. Outside, Lance said he doesn’t want to be the next base commander, but Tinashe felt she was a good option.

Lance said in a confessional he would bet his money on Tinashe being in it to the end.

“She’s very ambitious, ambitious and very personable,” Lance said.

Adam thought Ariel would make a strong base commander.

“You need to step up,” Adam said to Ariel.

“Mission Director” William Shatner, 92, radioed and said it was time to select a new base commander. Adam suggested Ariel, but the group voted for Tinashe to take the lead. Tinashe told former NFL star running back Marshawn Lynch, aka Beast Mode, that she would take the commander’s room.

The next morning, Tinashe assigned tasks to her crew. She told comedian Natasha Leggero, 49, to go pick veggies with Ronda while Marshawn and Richard were to run the day’s training.

“I feel a little useless around some of these Olympians and pro athletes,” Natasha said.

Vanderpump Rules actor Tom Schwartz, 40, entered the training room.

“While I’ve been here, I’ve seen some alliances forming,” Schwartz said. “I feel like I’m breaking down.”

Schwartz was concerned because he had recently been in the last three. Ronda and Natasha used to gather vegetables and Ronda said the garden keeps her sane.

“It’s tough making a living off freeze-dried ice cream,” Ronda said.

Natasha said in a confessional that she was afraid to come on the show because she heard Ronda was a “B****”.

“She’s not stupid at all,” Natasha said. “She has a big heart.”

While the group slept, a fire broke out in the biodome.

“Explosion hazard detected,” said the computer. “Evacuate immediately.”

They put on their suits and then ran outside and the dome exploded. The computer said the apartment was secured and they could go back inside. On the sixth day of the experiment, the group was awakened by the loud siren that a message was coming.

Shatner said the explosion in the biodome destroyed their food supply.

“You must repair the biodome and replant your crops before it’s too late,” Shatner said. “Because if you run out of food, you may or may not have to eat each other.”

Shatner said the mission will test their survival skills.

Tinashe chose Ariel as her mission specialist. The computer told her that she needed to fix the hole in the biodome and then do a pressure test to make sure it was tight. Porsha and Lance were instructed to climb ladders while Marshawn and Richard held them down. They changed into their suits, got into the rover and drove to the outside of the dome.

“I’m sweating my ass off,” Lance said.

After successfully sealing, Tinashe let the next crew enter the biodome.

“Oh my god,” Schwartz said as he walked in. “It’s a disaster.” “All our vegetables are dead.”

The computer told Schwartz and Ronda to go to the septic tank and haul 94 cups of “human” biowaste, mix it with “Martian” soil, and put it in the planter.

The show said it was just simulated human waste.

“Back on Earth I was in a deep rut, but thank God I was able to get here, to Mars,” Schwartz said. ‘Get that new perspective.’ My part in this, to be honest, was to shovel shit.’

Schwartz said being in the bottom three “sucked” and he planned to do more on the mission.

“I was born for this shit,” snapped Schwarz.

“It really smelled like vomit and shit,” Natasha said.

Natasha began to choke and could not stop. Adam began to work alone, dumping the trash in the planter. Ariel just saw Natasha standing there and instructed her to cut up the remaining potatoes. They then worked as a group to replant the potatoes.

“The mission was successful,” said Tinashe.

Shatner radioed in and told Tinashe that it was time to choose which crew members they felt deserved the Survivalist Patch and which should be excluded from the simulation.

“The only people who were a bit unnecessary were Marshawn and Richard, period,” Tinashe said.

Tinashe said Ronda, Porsha, Lance, Adam and Schwartz were all vital to the mission and voted to remain.

“I don’t want to be in the last three anymore,” Schwartz said. “I’ve had enough of that. I’m a damn shovel pioneer and the stains on my shoes prove it.”

Schwartz was excited.

“It felt really good not to be in the last three today,” Schwartz said. “I think I’m a future dark horse.”

Ronda said she didn’t want to lose either Richard or Marshawn.

“If I hadn’t been holding that ladder, they wouldn’t have been able to do shit,” Marshawn said. “I gave you what you asked for because at the end of the day I want to stay on Mars.”

Tinashe asked Natasha why she deserved to be there.

“I don’t eat a damn lot,” Natasha said. “I’m putting my hands in the shit and I really feel like I could contribute in new ways that I haven’t been allowed to do before.”

Everyone laughed.

“I think I deserve to be here because I held the ladder like no other human could hold a ladder,” Marshawn said.

Natasha was completely beside herself.

“I love Marshawn, but it was very obvious that he wasn’t trying his best,” Ariel said.

Richard said he believes Natasha and Marshawn are more valuable to the team going forward.

“I feel like I’ve done my part,” Richard said.

Tinashe decided to save Natasha and Marshawn and sent Richard home.

“When Richard voted out, he had to go,” Ariel said.

Richard said he achieved what he set out to do but didn’t expect to form the friendships he did.

“The hardest thing about Mars is not being able to see my kids,” Richard said.

With only nine members left, the “astronauts” intensified their social play and chatted among themselves about strategy.

“It’s a team,” Ariel said to Porsha. “We are here to survive.”

“I didn’t know it was so difficult to forge alliances,” Tinashe said.

“We should be careful,” Ariel said. “We’ll go next.”

Stars On Mars will return on Fox next week.
