Stephanie Harvey Compares Big Brother Seasons 2 & 3 & Shares Her Predictions – Narcity

It’s been almost a year since Stéphanie Harvey was crowned the big winner of Big Brother Celebs Season 2. As the third edition finale nears, Narcity sat down with the pro player to get all the details on her thoughts on the 2023 competition.

Stéphanie therefore took the opportunity to share with us her predictions for the finale, the major differences between the two seasons, as well as her perspective on the strategy of some of the stars that have passed through the house.

As of this writing, we still have an evening of evictions ahead of us before we get to the final Sunday episode on April 2nd, where the winner must pass the torch to the next celebrity to be awarded the win by the judges.

What are the big differences you’ve noticed between your season and this one?

“It’s easy, the first month was really obvious to me. I would say there really was the first half of the house who had heard the broadcasts who knew [dans] what you get yourself into, which was really award-winning. Then there was the other half of the house, who looked more like, “I’m here for fun, I’ve never listened to the shows.”

“There was a big split from the start, then you know, it was super obvious, people were easy to manipulate, people made a lot of mistakes. I can imagine that we made a lot of mistakes during our season too, but I think we were all really, really down.

“I heard that maybe we were too intense, so they didn’t coach the candidates in the same way but gave them more freedom to prepare. I really feel like it seemed very strong at first. »

What surprised you while listening to Big Brother Celebrities Season 3?

“The really interesting thing is that I’ve never listened to our season’s episodes […] I compare what I experienced with what they show us. And of course there are many things that have not been shown. Right now I really feel like… well it sure is the Coco show and she rigged this house very, very well to win.

“But what really surprises me a lot is that the house didn’t see it from the start. Actually they see it, but they let it because very often they say “Coco is with everyone, she’s playing a double game”, whatever […]. If you know she’s playing double game, if you know she betrays everyone, if you know she can’t be trusted, why does everyone still trust her? And that’s what’s really, really special.

“In my head, Coco also thinks she’s the main character because as soon as something goes wrong with her plan, she gets super angry. […]but basically it’s just […] because since the start of the season, that’s literally all you want.

” I have [aussi] I really feel like some people let it go a little faster while the house can always, always, always freak out. »

How do you find the twist of the secret room that keeps appearing?

“I find it really funny, although I would have hated the play in the house because I don’t have a good memory, but as a viewer I find it funny […]. You know, we have last year’s play and then season one.
“There’s a lot of little moments where we talk about season one and two and then I really enjoy it because there’s one case that’s really tough as a former contestant, it’s in the beginning. I’d tell you, the first two weeks, the whole gang of season two, we went insane when we saw them around our house. (laughs)

“In the sense that you know that like me, I’ve never been repressed, huh?” The fact that I saw her sleeping, I’ll exaggerate, but in our beds, eating our stuff, having a routine in our stuff . It was so difficult!

“I said to myself, ‘I would team up with so-and-so,’ then you’re in the house with him. We know when there were threats, we know when someone vetoes, we know when someone goes out. I rotated for the first two or three weeks [folle] at times. I said to myself, “Okay, a person came out […] It has to tip over in the house.” We know their routine. It didn’t matter to see it from a different perspective. »

And for Jemmy, what do you think of his background?

“Jemmy, my opinion of Jemmy is changing for the better. Since the beginning of the season it’s safe to say that the production didn’t highlight it because there were a lot of stories unrelated to Jemmy.

“Halfway through the season you realize that Coco is going to take Jemmy to the finals because she thinks she’s going to win against Jemmy. She tells herself he’s the person who has done the fewest things in the house, the least drama, so “if I bring him, I’m sure I’ll win.”

“So you see that connection and then you’re like, ‘Put Jemmy on, that’s why she wants to put you in the finals!’ Any time of year, if you say to someone, “You’re my top 2,” it’s because you know you’re going to win against that person or that you’re going to put them in the top 3, then you end up wanting to betray them.

“There, to see Jemmy take his place, to have his own ideas I would say, and then to be a little less influenced by one person […], it still makes me happy. »

Do you think his multiple betrayals could work against Coco?

“It’s funny because we all have such different views on what makes you a good Big Brother player. […]. I really feel like this is the year [comme l’année dernière]. Half of the jury said, “Well, she was my ally, I’ll vote for her,” and the other half said, “I think she was a good player.”

“Coco, if she makes the top two, she’ll be in the same position as me. Do we go to Allianz and I was betrayed, or do we go to “Hey, she played so well!”

“Obviously if I were on the jury I would vote for Coco because for me she was the best performer all season. I don’t really like the way she plays if I was in the house my god I would challenge a lot of things but as a jury she wins for me […]. I’m not sure the House thinks so though. »

Do you have any prognosis for the ending considering there will only be six judges so far?

“It’s funny because if Jemmy and Coco are in the finals… Because they’ve taken Marie-Christine, Natalie, Marianne so far, I think it might go Jemmy’s side.

“On the other hand, if there’s Liliane or Mona against Coco, then I think Coco wins. But Jemmy, I don’t remember. At first I thought, “She’s being dragged along,” but the thing is, she’s formed some really strong connections with others [célébrités]so I see them voting for Jemmy instead of Coco.

“But hey, we don’t know what’s going to happen and more importantly we don’t know how people are going to receive the broadcasts, huh! There are some who are super good people but don’t take betrayal well.

“Me at the moment if Coco makes the top two she will win against Liliane, Mona but maybe not against Jemmy. Return of the situation because it lagged behind Jemmy from the start. »

Who do you think was the most strategic of this edition?

“Okay, my three there from the start, day one, not knowing their personalities, just seeing how they interact […]I said Liliane, Mona and Zoé, then I have two of the first four that are still there.

“The reason I took Zoé and Liliane was because I felt they didn’t kick up a lot of negative air. They spread a lot of positive air but at the same time didn’t take up too much space, and I don’t think you can be extremely extravagant for a long season. Unless you’re very, very funny […] then I think that’s what helps Mona.

“It’s a bit like me, I really faded in the first few weeks. I was ill then, and I think all of that finally helped me at first […], it helped me stay a little under the radar. It’s a bit like Liliane I guess.

“Yes I would say Liliane, then Korine, I was impressed. Korine has saved herself from shit so many times. I don’t think she’s very strategic, but I think she was super good in Big Brother. »

If you had one piece of advice for the next Big Brother Celebrity winner, what would it be?

“The best piece of advice and deal for winning Big Brother is that whatever happened in the house, you can always say to yourself, ‘It happened for a reason, because I won […].” You can always sleep with a rested head because you won.

“Then I didn’t listen to the shows and then I still love all the contestants 100% so maybe my advice is to watch the shows maybe three or four months down the road.

“And this is for anyone who’s stayed in the last month but likes to take time out not to be really out of the house.” It’s really Stockholm Syndrome, a science lab. We accept living what we live, it’s a total mess. Watching it at home is definitely easier than sitting in Big Brother’s living room. So when you go out you have a hard time connecting with all the people you meet because they haven’t gone through what you just went through. You’ll never be able to live it, then it’s ok, give it to yourself [le] Time to get back to normal.

“It took me another month or two and then sometimes I still say to myself, ‘Ah, I feel like going back into the house to feel like I’m in the house.’ And that’s it now a year ago. »
