WWE is preparing for one of its biggest shows of 2023: the annual premium live event Survivor Series, broadcast live from Chicago, Illinois. There was a lot of excitement surrounding the event: the return of Randy Orton and the never-ending CM Punk rumors led to the largest attendance in Allstate Arena history, surpassing the previous record set by WrestleMania 22.
While the name on everyone’s lips is the aforementioned Chi-Town punk, Fightful Select has revealed a surprise guest at Survivor Series: the company’s former general manager, Stephanie McMahon, was seen “hanging out” backstage. The 47-year-old has been away from WWE since the start of the year after stepping down from her role and has only attended WrestleMania weekend since then.
McMahon’s husband – Paul “Triple H” Levesque – remains WWE’s head of creative, while her father Vince is chairman of TKO Group.
