Stephen ‘tWitch’ Boss’ daughter Weslie, 14, is making a return to social media

More than two months after the shocking suicide of her adoptive father, Stephen “tWitch” Boss, Weslie Boss has returned to social media.

The 14-year-old, who had Boss’ widow Allison Holker with an unnamed ex-fiancé in 2008, was adopted by Boss after they tied the knot in 2013.

Weslie hasn’t posted to her 152.6k followers on TikTok since December 12, the day before her father’s death, but she did return to social media on Monday.

The short video showed the teenager holding her phone to a mirror and playing the 2020 song Surf by Mac Miller, which was released on his posthumous album Circles, two years after his death from an accidental overdose aged just 28 years.

The phone also featured two small photos of her and Stephen as a tribute to their late father, with the video garnering over 221,000 views and 21,000 likes.

She posted another short but sweet tribute to Stephen in her caption, simply saying, “I miss you.”

Her mom, Allison Holker, commented, “Love you babygirl,” with a red heart emoji, adding, “Always and forever.”

Weslie’s post also comes just days after a life service celebration was held for tWitch in Los Angeles.

Allison and her children Weslie, Maddox, 6, and Zaia, 3, welcomed family friends including Ellen DeGeneres, Derek Hough, Loni Love, Wayne Brady, Wade Robson, AJ McLean and Robin Antin.

Debbie Allen presented a video tribute, while Mickey Guyton and Andy Grammer performed at the event.

Holker also opened with a touching video on Saturday, thanking everyone for their support.

“I just want to say thank you for all the love and support you guys have sent to me and my family at this time,” she said.

“It’s been very challenging and emotional, but you’ve brought us so much hope and inspiration by sharing stories and memories and moments and different ways that Stephen has impacted your life,” added Holker.

“He lived his life out of love, and he made you feel a certain way. Joy in people’s homes, you know, through dance or love,” she added.

“And that’s not going to change for us. It’s going to feel a little bit different, but we know that’s our goal and we will continue to do that to this day,” she said.

The dancer and choreographer took his own life in a hotel bathroom on December 13 and was buried in early January.

Holker wrote a heartfelt tribute to her husband of almost a decade, saying, “To my husband, best friend, baby, chee-chalker, superman and father of my children, I LOVE YOU FOREVER AND ALWAYS!”

“We will forever remember you as the true beacon you were and we will continue to shine your light and love throughout the world. Thank you for our incredible memories and our beautiful lives together.”

Boss first came to prominence when he came runner-up in season four of So You Think You Can Dance.

He returned to the Fox dance competition series as a guest before joining The Ellen DeGeneres Show in 2014.

While initially serving as a guest DJ, he was offered a permanent role on the hit show and was also promoted to producer in 2020.
