Dallas Mavericks owner Mark Cuban is clearly not over Wednesday’s Mavs-Warriors game. Not nearly.
The same man who blew up the city of San Francisco for her “pretentious as fk” attitude was spotted repeatedly wearing a T-shirt during the Mavs’ home affair on Friday against the visiting Charlotte Hornets described as “awkward.”
ESPN reporter Tim MacMahon released a photo of Cuban wearing a T-shirt that read “QUESTION AUTHORITY” just two days after Cuban said so planned to file a formal protest With the NBA on the Mavs’ 127-125 loss, the claim that the incredibly fun Mavs game cost them a game against the Dubs was actually the “worst no-call mistake in NBA history.” However, the Cuban tweeted “the referee named Mavs Ball.” Video shows clearly he did not do it.

However, it’s not yet known if the Cuban actually filed the formal protest because — under NBA rules — teams must pay a $10,000 fee to file a protest. They get that back if their protest is successful, though There has not been a successful protest since 2008.
While Cuban, a man worth more than $5 billion, and his shirt were busy fending off The Man on Friday night, his Mavs were busy losing another game and falling at home to The low hornets 117-109. Winners of just three of their last 10 games, the loss knocked the Mavs out of a playoff spot Friday night in the incredibly crowded bottom half of the NBA West ladder.
