Strictly Come Dancing fans were furious minutes after the live show began on Saturday evening, claiming the BBC show had “no right”.
Viewers watching the dance show’s eighth week took to X – formerly known as Twitter – to vent their frustrations and express their feelings.
One fan wrote: “#Strictly has no right to be there so damn early.” #SCD’
A second wrote: “#Strictly is on pretty early tonight.”
While a third exclaimed: “Why is Strictly on Six O’Clock? Absolutely ridiculously early.”
Furious: Strictly fans were kicked out minutes into Saturday night’s live show saying the BBC show had ‘no right’
Reason: Krishnan Guru-Murthy and Lauren Oakley opened the show, which ran a little earlier so that Festival Of Rememberance could air later in the evening
Strictly Come Dancing aired slightly earlier at 6:05pm on BBC One on Saturday November 11th.
The date change was made to accommodate the Festival Of Rememberance, which will air later that evening.
Tess Daly and Claudia Winkleman once again hosted the glittering show, while Shirley Ballas, Anton Du Beke, Motsi Mabuse and Craig Revel-Horwood appeared on the judging panel.
Krishnan Guru-Murthy and Lauren Oakley opened the show dancing a samba to Bamboléo by Gipsy Kings, while Layton Williams and his partner Nikita Kuzmin closed the show with an Argentine tango.
Week eight was a very special week for the remaining couples, who competed harder than ever before in the hope of making it to next week’s show and having the chance to dance in the iconic Blackpool Tower Ballroom.
It’s been a whole week for Strictly pros since Vito Coppola “confirmed” his romance with partner Ellie Leach, calling her “my baby” in a seductive Instagram post.
The 31-year-old Italian posed in the sultry black and white photo while flexing his tattooed muscles and captioned the upload: “Just finished another day of rehearsals.” “Well done my baby Ellie Leach .”
Dianne Buswell broke her silence about what her boyfriend Joe Sugg thinks about her close friendship with Bobby Brazer, saying he supports her.

Separation: Karen Hauer and her estranged husband Jordan Wyn-Jones married last year but split after just 16 months after going through a difficult time
And Karen Hauer’s estranged husband Jordan Wyn-Jones spoke out and accused Strictly of ruining the couple’s relationship.
The couple, who married last year, split after just 16 months after going through a difficult time.
Jordan revealed their relationship had become a series of video calls due to her demanding Strictly schedule and tour.
He said, “We wanted different things.” There was a plan to have children, but there was no plan.
“When we first met, we talked about it. They say things like, “I want to have children.” And she had mentioned to me that she wanted to have children with me. But in the interview Karen said: “Children are not the future” – which made me sad. I always wanted to be a father.
“I wouldn’t say it was a shock, but subconsciously in the back of my mind I knew…why would she want to have a child with me?”
“I would become empty in our relationship.” I loved her and cared for her deeply, but I was free because of the situation we were in.
