The professional dancer, 32, was pictured in the backseat of a car as she headed home after her first performance with her partner Les Dennis, 69, to take it easy.
Nancy had changed into her casual clothes but was still wearing her glamorous performance makeup as she was seen typing on her phone.
After the routine, Nancy was seen wiping the blood from her ear as the duo were interviewed by Claudia Winkleman after their debut.
The choreographer was filmed wiping the injury while chatting to the presenter and handing her a tissue.

In a moment when the camera wasn’t on her, Nancy cleaned up as blood seemed to run down her chin and neck after her tango to The Human League’s “Don’t You Want Me.”
The dancer did not comment on the injury as she listened to the judge’s feedback. She and Les finished at the bottom of the leaderboard with 16 points

Elsewhere during the sensational episode, Nigel Marman emerged as the early favorite to win as he topped the leaderboard during the first live show.
The 50-year-old actor was declared “the one to beat” by judge Shirley Ballas after performing an outstanding pasodoble with his dance partner Katya Jones.
The Casualty star danced to Nirvana’s ‘Smells Like Teen Spirit’ and received universal praise from all four judges, receiving a score of 32 out of 40.
“That was the dance of the night,” announced Craig Revel Horwood, while Motsi Mabuse added: “That was spectacular at the end of the night, unbelievable.”
Anton Du Beke also praised the actor and reminded the audience that it was not easy for the star to end the show.
Strictly Come Dancing continues on Saturday at 6.20pm on BBC One.
