Suffering from dementia: Bruce Willis' wife pays tribute to her love on Valentine's Day

Bruce Willis' wife celebrated Valentine's Day with a photo of their couple in a happy moment, long before the actor's illness.

The 68-year-old star suffers from a form of aphasia that has developed into frontotemporal dementia.

Emma Heming, who was once a model, posted a picture on Instagram in which we see her in love in Niagara Falls on the Canadian side. The photo is from March 2010.

“Love is a beautiful thing. I wish you all a happy Valentine's Day,” wrote the 45-year-old.

Tallulah Willis, 30, whose mother is Demi Moore, responded by saying, “I love this.” Her sister Rumer, 35, called the post “incredible.”

Emma Heming and Bruce Willis met in 2007. They made their relationship public the following year and married in 2009. They had two daughters: Mabel, 11, and Evelyn, 9. In addition to Tallulah and Rumor, the Die Hard franchise actor had another daughter with Demi Moore, Scout LaRue Willis, 32 Year old.

According to media reports, several members of the clan are living together under one roof while Bruce Willis' illness progresses rapidly. It's unclear how much time the 68-year-old actor has left. Frontotemporal dementia affects behavior, emotions, planning and problem solving.

We know that Mrs. Heming will publish a book about the care after the diagnosis of her husband, who became famous through television and films. She believes this book will be a resource for people whose loved ones are currently suffering from dementia.
