In an interview with QUB Radio, chef Martin Juneau shared some ideas for dishes that will satisfy the taste buds. Hostess Yasmine Abdelfadel thoroughly enjoyed this interview, who modestly admits that she is much more interested in the culinary aspect than the duel between the two best teams at the Goodell circuit.
For those with a sweet tooth, chef Juneau recommends spare ribs, which he says are all too often forgotten. The latter recommends accompanying them with a generous barbecue sauce. For those with a slightly “fancy” palate, he suggests oysters and salmon tartare.
For those with a sweet tooth, the chef would highlight the sweet and sour sauce or a little honey and mustard sauce to accompany the tiny coated sausages.
Of course, as with any Super Bowl, there are always classics, but it’s possible to make changes. “You can replace the chicken wings with drumsticks. Also, you can use Bolognese sauce on the pizza, which adds a savory and gourmet side,” concluded the one who will be encouraging the Philadelphia Eagles this weekend.
