Supercomputer ‘predicts’ the year humanity will perish DOL

A group of scientists at the Massachusetts Institute of Technology (MIT) in Cambridge, USA, ordered a supercomputer to estimate future population growth. His answer went much further, however, as he also calculated when civilization would end.

According to technology, the end of humanity will occur between 2040 and 2050. The collapse would be caused by population and industrial growth, levels of pollution and the finite nature of natural resources.

It is worth remembering that in 2021 a warning on climate change was issued during the United Nations Climate Change Conference (COP26). The report warns of global warming that could be irreversible between 2040 and 2050.

The prediction was made by a program called World One, created at the request of computer pioneer Jay Forrester. He was commissioned by the Club of Rome to model how the world can effectively sustain its growth.
