Mark Sheppard, who was part of the series “Supernatural”, managed to defeat death six times, having survived several major cardiac arrests on the same day.
It was Sheppard who made his incredible story known through social networks; He even revealed that he had to be “resuscitated” by paramedics four times.
In his Instagram post, the actor said that it all happened last Friday when he was at home and out of nowhere he lost consciousness. He later woke up in the hospital and then learned how serious what had happened to him was: “You won’t believe it! Yesterday I was on the way to an appointment when I collapsed in the kitchen. “Six major heart attacks later and four times the resurrection from the dead,” he wrote alongside a photo of himself in a hospital bed.

The 59-year-old actor explained that he was diagnosed with complete occlusion of the left anterior descending artery, a condition also known as “widow” that occurs when blood cannot flow through the artery.
Mark also assured that without his wife and the medical team who treated him, he would most likely not be alive at this point: “Without my wife and the incredible staff at St. Joseph’s, I wouldn’t be writing this. “My chances of survival were virtually nil,” he added.
Finally, he added that he is in very good health and will complete his recovery at home.
