The judiciary approved Christian Bustos in his lawsuit against the former owner of the intimate club, for whom he revoked his previous preventive detention
Susan Cuba, former administrator of Alianza Lima club between 2012 and 2015, is serving in prison her lost defamation case against her successor Christian Bustos, whose sentence was originally preventive detention. This Wednesday, the Lima Supreme Court’s decision upheld the revocation of the 2018 parole.
The 25th Criminal Liquidation Court of the CSJ of Lima decided to “declare the request for annulment of the sentence requested by the plaintiff Christian Bustos Saca to be well founded”. The former intimate manager had already won the lawsuit for damages, but he did not receive the corresponding civil compensation.
The verdict against Cuba adds that once the sentence imposed is overturned, “the one year and eight months’ imprisonment will become an effective imprisonment.” It also orders the “prompt location and arrest” of the convicted woman “for the appropriate legal purposes in connection with her detention in the correctional facility established by the National Penitentiary Institute (INPE).”
