In one of the incidents, the man was caught on video jumping out of his black Tesla Model X and running towards the victim’s car before hitting it several times with the pipe.

The victim, who remained anonymous while speaking to a local outlet about the encounter, said: “At first you’re like, ‘Do you want me to nail him to the wall with my car?’ ‘Should I run him over?’ ‘What should I do?’

“And I’ve been trying to stay focused and think, ‘I don’t want to go from victim to criminal right away.’

Video of the incident showed Radimk stopping his Tesla next to a white sedan on a freeway exit.

He then gets out of his car and sprints towards it, trying to hit it before the limousine drives away quickly.
