A “possibly dangerous object” was discovered on the grounds of the Israeli embassy in Stockholm early Wednesday afternoon and destroyed by a demining team, Swedish police said.
“The potentially dangerous item was found on the (embassy) premises and destroyed on site,” Stockholm police said, adding that they had launched a preliminary investigation into attempted serious public destruction after that discovery was announced at 1:08 p.m became.
