This Saturday, September 30, Swiss police found three injured people, one of whom later died, in the city center of Schaffhausen, near the German border. “We cannot provide any further information at the moment as the exact course of events is still being investigated,” Schaffhausen cantonal police told AFP.
Shortly after 5 a.m., police were informed that “two injured people” were lying on the ground, a statement said. The emergency services found one seriously injured man and another slightly injured man on site. “Despite the immediate resuscitation measures initiated by the police and the emergency service at Schaffhausen Hospital, the seriously injured person died on the spot,” the police said.
Shortly afterwards, the police discovered a third injured person not far from Schaffhausen train station, who, according to the initial findings of the investigation, was involved in the affair.
