Talina Fernández changed her will a few days before her death: You are her heirs

Talina Fernández passed away on the afternoon of June 28, a month after beginning a health struggle from an illness that ultimately turned out to be leukemia.

Amid the discomfort she was feeling, the presenter took the time to make the necessary changes to her will to keep it in order.

Who are Talina Fernández’s heirs?

Patricio Levy, son of “La Dama del Buen Decir,” was the one who revealed they both went before the notary “last week.”

“I told her, ‘Hey Mom, your will is missing things that we need to fix.’ (…) He answered me: ‘Let’s go!’” he said in statements that the YouTube channel “El Mich TV” picked up.

Talina Fernández’s eldest son refused to specify the changes made to the document, but said it was fine.

“Everything went perfectly, just the way she wanted it. “She was happy to be able to make everything clear and fair so no one would argue,” he explained.

“Neither of us will fight for anything, all of us in the family are very close, we love each other very much and there will be no fighting about anything,” he added.

As for the heirs of the late journalist, “Pato”, as he is popularly known, said that in addition to him, they are his brothers and nephews.

“All the same. “Everything is divided between Mariana, her children (more), ‘Coco’ and me,” he specified without giving numbers.

Mariana Levy, who lost her life on April 29, 2005, is survived by María, the result of her relationship with Ariel López Padilla; and Paula and José Emilio, whom she fathered with José María Fernández “El Pirru”.

According to TVyNovelas, Talina has owned several properties in Mexico, including one in Mexico City and another in Acapulco, Guerrero.

Apparently the said house belonged to him until the day of his departure, so it could be part of the property to be distributed.

Talina Fernández and her longing for her grandchildren

Last May, Talina Fernández confessed her desire to finally give María, Paula and José Emilio what their mother left them.

“It’s been 18 years since Mariana died and they weren’t even given salt for an avocado,” he said in an interview for Despierta América.

“I’m not a lawyer, but I hope to God your inheritance arrives soon. It’s been a long road and I have no idea what’s right,” she said.
