Taylor Swift 2024 The Eras Tour of Australia: American Express website crashes while ticket sales begin

Tickets for Taylor Swift’s The Eras Tour 2024 in Australia are on sale.

But fans panicked when American Express’s advance booking site crashed just moments before Sydney ticketing went live.

The website was shut down around 9:30 a.m., half an hour before ticket sales started, as the problem prevented fans from acquiring or purchasing tickets.

‘We’re sorry. We are currently having technical difficulties. “We are working to bring our services back online,” the site reads.

‘We apologize for any inconvenience.’
