Taylor Swift has announced two additional dates for the UK leg of her Eras tour and will now play eight shows at London’s Wembley Stadium.
The 33-year-old singer made the announcement through her management team Taylor Nation, declaring, “God, we love the English,” in reference to her 2019 hit “London Boy.”
Taylor was already set to play the 90,000-seat stadium in two separate stints on June 21-23 and August 15-17, 2024, before adding the additional shows on August 19 and 20 – but tickets are available only available to people who have already registered.
On X, formerly known as Twitter, her team wrote: “God we love the English.”
“TS The Eras Tour has just added TWO new London shows in August 2024. A limited number of fans who have previously registered for shows in London will be selected to access the sale and will receive email notifications from today.”
Let’s party! Taylor Swift, 33, has announced two additional dates for the UK leg of her Eras tour and will now play eight shows at London’s Wembley Stadium
Big news: The singer made the announcement through her management team Taylor Nation, declaring, “God, we love the English,” in reference to her 2019 hit “London Boy.”
Taylor likes to drop a cryptic clue in her work for fans to follow, and after her latest Instagram post on Monday, Swifties think they’ve spotted a reference to Travis Kelce.
The singer just completed three dates in Buenos Aires as she continued her Eras tour in Argentina this weekend and wrote on Instagram on Monday: Starting the South American leg of the Eras tour in Argentina = the best possible decision.
“I can’t even express my gratitude to the spectators in Buenos Aires. “I’ve never been to Argentina before and they gave us the most electric, magical memories.”
And it’s the use of “electric” that has caught the attention of her avid fan base.
Kelce, who was on her show Saturday night, often uses the word “electrifying” to describe a good time – most recently when discussing his appearance on Saturday Night Live alongside Swift.
“I don’t even remember what I said, I passed out,” Kelce said on his New Heights podcast. “It was electric to be back in that place. “There’s just something special about being back in this room and being their first episode of the season.”
And when Travis talked about Taylor’s first appearance at Arrowhead Stadium, where he saw him play for the Chiefs, he said, “I just loved that everyone in the suite had nothing but great things to say about her.”
“She looked fantastic and what’s more, the day went perfectly for the Chiefs fans. “It was absolutely electric.”

In another, more football-related example, Kelce spoke on another New Heights episode about the skills and potential of Deion Sanders’ football-playing sons, Shilo and Sheduer.
‘Both [of] “Deion Sanders’ sons are absolutely electrifying,” Kelce said back in September. “One of his sons had a pick-six – the other one just had an outstanding game.”
So maybe the Swifties are on to something. Many of them had their say in the comments under her post.

Like Gemini: Curiously, her boyfriend Travis Kelce often uses the word “electric” in his vocabulary
“Electric, you say? “I’m pretty sure that’s one of Travis’ favorite words, he says it at least once on a podcast. She already seems to be picking up some of his lingo,” one fan wrote on X.
Another said: “Travis’ most electrifying influence – makes me laugh.”
Travis flew back to the US on Sunday and is now preparing for his next Chiefs game on Monday, November 20th against the Philadelphia Eagles – the team his older brother Jason plays for.
Before that, a new episode of his podcast “New Heights” with his Jason will be released on Wednesday morning, in which they will talk about their travels during their week off.
