The song was released digitally via her webshop back in May – with the title presumably alluding to her split from Joe Alwyn after six years.

Lyrics include: “I wouldn’t marry myself either / A pathological people lover / Who would want you to see her,” Swift sings on the track. Other lyrics include: “Do I throw away everything we’ve built or do I keep it?” / Even for a phoenix I grow weary / Always rise from the ashes / Heal all their wounds / You may just have the final blow moved.’

With currently over 108 million monthly listeners on the streaming platform, the Enchanted singer secured the top spot in the UK back in 2022.

This year has been another hugely successful year for the pop superstar, who is estimated to have generated nearly $5 billion in consumer spending during the U.S. leg of his Eras tour alone.

Only two British artists joined Taylor among the top five most streamed artists in the UK, with Drake and The Weeknd taking second and third place respectively.

Spotify Wrapped 2023 summarizes how 574 million people around the world listened to the streaming giant this year.

The brand announced that Arctic Monkeys and Ed Sheeran fought their way to fourth and fifth place in the UK.

But Taylor not only secured the title with the most listeners in Great Britain, she also took first place internationally.
