Taylor Swift met her late Brazilian fan’s family.

Ana Clara Benevides Machado, 23, suffered cardiac arrest and died on November 17 after feeling unwell due to extreme temperatures before the singer’s concert in Rio, Brazil.
On Sunday, her family attended Taylor’s final performance in São Paulo from one of the VIP tents at Allianz Parque.
Local newspaper Folha de S.ao Paulo shared on social media a photo of the young woman’s family posing with Taylor backstage before the concert. Family members, including her father Weiny Machado, wore white T-shirts printed with Ana’s smiling face, while Taylor Swift wore her signature pink bejeweled suit.
It is unclear whether the family was personally invited by the 33-year-old.
After Ana’s death, the Blank Space singer wrote on her Instagram Stories: “I can’t believe I’m writing these words, but with a broken heart I say we lost a fan before my show tonight.” Can’t say how devastated I am about this. »
She explained to her fans that she would not talk about her fan’s death on stage because she was “overwhelmed with grief.”
However, fans believed that her surprise performance of Bigger Than the Whole Sky on November 19 was a tribute to Ana.
Sunday’s concert marked the final date of the year on his Eras tour. Taylor Swift will resume his tour in Tokyo, Japan in February.
