Taylor Swift’s bodyguard has reportedly returned home to Israel to volunteer for the Israeli Defense Forces amid the war with Hamas.
The unknown security guard who won Online fame During Swift’s “Eras Tour” this summer, he posted a picture on Facebook in his military uniform on Sunday, writing in part: “I stand with Israel… it shouldn’t just be about one person standing with the only Jewish state.” It should read: “I stand on the side of humanity!!!”
“While one side protects babies, children and the elderly, the other side uses them as human shields,” he wrote. “It would be an insult to animals around the world to call them ‘animals’, but they are not people.” They killed and slaughtered families in their beds along with their pets!!!! And then they burned the houses down!!!! Try to imagine this happening in your own neighborhood, with your neighbors, or with a family you know.”
Israeli journalist Eran Swissa of Israel Today broke the news of Swift’s security guard being drafted, telling Variety on Monday that the security guard was born on a kibbutz in Israel but worked in America.
The security guard called being Swift’s security guard an “amazing dream job” on Facebook.X/@marleyharper
The security guard added on Facebook: “I’ve had a pretty great life in the US… I have a great dream job that I love, great friends that I call family and a very comfortable home.”
“I didn’t HAVE to come here… But I couldn’t stand by and watch families being slaughtered in their homes and burned alive!!! Just because I’m Jewish or Israeli.”
He continued: “I stand here not only with Israel, but actually here!!!” I stand here with humanity…don’t stand on the wrong side of history!! Don’t stand on the sidelines and say nothing… Stand with Israel, stand with HUMANITY!!!!”

The Post has reached out to representatives from Swissa and Swift for comment.
The “Anti-Hero” singer has not publicly commented on the conflict in Israel.
Meanwhile, Swift’s rumored boyfriend, Kansas City Chiefs tight end Travis Kelce, 34, stepped in as her bodyguard in New York City over the weekend.
During their outing, the “Catching Kelce” alum reportedly “told her security guard he could step aside like he’ll take it from here.”
