Taylor's accused Swift stalker returned to her apartment and climbed into a dumpster outside her home under supervision just minutes after she was released.
David Crowe, 33, was arrested twice in three days – on Saturday and again on Monday – after he was seen sneaking around the star's New York apartment with flowers in hand.
On Wednesday, he was charged with fourth-degree stalking and first- and second-degree harassment before being released under the supervision of a Manhattan judge.
Crowe, wearing a gray jacket, light-colored pants, white sneakers and a blue backpack, was seen diving into a large green dumpster outside the pop superstar's Tribeca home Wednesday afternoon.
He looked in from various angles and was spotted by nearby neighbors who were concerned about his actions.
“I just saw him rummaging through this dumpster, pulling out some blankets and then sitting down on the loading dock a few doors down [from Swift’s apartment]” a local resident told the New York Post.

But just moments later, Crowe was seen rummaging through a dumpster at the Grammy-winning singer's Tribeca home.
He wore an almost identical outfit to the one he wore when he was arrested outside Swift's home on Saturday.
Crowe was arrested for a second time on Monday after police were told he had been “behaving erratically” outside Swift's $20 million Franklin Street apartment – three days after he was arrested for attempting to break into the building .
A neighbor told the New York Post that the man had been regularly seen outside the building since Christmas – sitting on the doorstep, chain-smoking and telling people he was there to see Swift. He even had flowers for her once.
The resident who discovered him in the dumpster said she also saw him over the weekend.
A New York Police Department (NYPD) spokesperson said: “Officers were approached by multiple complainants who referred to an emotionally disturbed male who was behaving erratically at the scene.”
“When officers observed the man harassing multiple complainants, they took him into custody without further incident and no injuries were reported.”

At the time, Swift was in Buffalo, New York, supporting her boyfriend Travis Kelce as his team, the Kansas City Chiefs, defeated the Buffalo Bills in an NFL playoff game.
Three days earlier, on Saturday, Crowe was seen peeking into Swift's lobby of her apartment building before ending up in handcuffs.
The NYPD told that Crowe was taken into custody on Saturday on an active warrant for failure to respond to subpoenas dating back to 2017.
It is unknown where Swift was at the time of this particular incident.
The 12-time Grammy winner has previously attracted the attention of overzealous fans, as a string of stalkers in her history prompted her sold-out “Eras” megatour to install facial recognition software to identify specific men from her past.

In September 2020, stalker Eric Swarbrick (pictured) was sentenced to 30 months in prison after pleading guilty to stalking Swift and sending him threatening letters
In 2021, Swift opened up about her growing fear of stalkers and creepy fans, telling Elle, “My fear of violence has continued into my personal life.”
“I wear an army-grade QuikClot bandage that's suitable for gunshot or stab wounds… There are enough stalkers trying to break into your house and you start to prepare yourself for bad things to happen.”
In May 2023, alleged stalker Mitchel Taebel, 36, of Indiana, was arrested after visiting Swift's Nashville home following a series of bizarre antics.
Police said he sent images of weapons to members of Swift's team and threatened to “destroy” them before leaving a message for the singer's father saying he was her “soulmate” and “he the only one who can bring them to safety.”
In July 2022, “Swift Mania” also saw Brooklyn resident Joshua Christian thrown into court after he was caught trying to sneak into the same TriBeCa apartment and making threats over the intercom.
The manic support Swift conjures also led Texas resident Eric Swarbrick to plead guilty in September 2020 to stalking her record label and sending threatening letters and emails.
He was sentenced to 30 months in prison after reportedly sending over 40 letters and emails to Big Machine Label Group in January 2018.
