BUT Florida A teacher was hospitalized after she was allegedly attacked by a couple of four- and five-year-old students in her class.
Teens attending Pines Lakes Elementary School in Pembroke Pines reportedly threw objects and overturned chairs in the classroom before allegedly attacking an unidentified teacher using their fists and legs.
The alleged attack took place in a “cool down” room at an elementary school shortly after 10 am on Wednesday. Local 10 reported.
According to the police report, the officer who responded to the attack found the teacher sitting on the ground feeling “faint”, “weak and dazed”.
A five-year-old student faces charges of aggravated assault and battery, punching and kicking.

Florida doesn’t have a minimum age limit for arrest, which means there’s nothing to stop a preschooler from being arrested, even two and a half years old.
Last year, a panel in the Florida House of Representatives approved a proposed bill to set the minimum age of arrest at seven, but the bill never became law.
In 22 states, the minimum age of arrest varies from six in North Carolina to 12 in California and Michigan.
Most states will not arrest or charge anyone under the age of eight.
Children between the ages of 10 and 12 are not usually sent to prison, except in rare cases involving serious crimes.
