Teaching with The New York Times: Virtual Summit

Journalism helps us navigate a complex world, sheds light on the truth, and provides analysis, insight, and context for the most pressing issues of our day. At this summit for educators and librarians, The New York Times Education and Library Program brings you a series of discussions featuring Times journalists, education leaders, and staff who create research and education tools at The Times.

Join us for a behind-the-scenes look at the innovative and urgent work in our newsroom, and for informative conversations about tools, resources, and tips that can help educators and librarians use journalism as a method of learning and growth for their students and community.

This event aims to inspire educators from secondary schools to higher education, as well as librarians of all disciplines, with understanding and ideas about the world of journalism and how to make it part of your curriculum and programs.
