According to a local newspaper, police were called after receiving a complaint that a voter had attempted to vote more than once. When the teenager was arrested, officers found several of Milei’s banknotes in a bag.
Voting in Argentina uses ballot papers that contain each candidate’s name and are selected by voters to place in ballot boxes.
In recent days, Milei began pointing out what could be fraud in Argentina’s electoral system, although the candidate’s team provided no evidence.
