“Our driver called us and told us that he had been attacked by a group of people. “More than 50 pieces were stolen,” the 38-year-old celebrity stylist said in a statement released overnight Saturday into Sunday.

The driver transported the goods “safe and sound” aboard a truck that was traveling “from the airport to Balmain’s headquarters” and was “stolen,” he added, indicating that he was waiting for delivery at Balmain’s headquarters on Saturday Morning when the driver called.

“My team and I worked very hard. We will work even harder day and night, just like our suppliers, but this is so disrespectful. I wanted to share this with you to remind you to never take anything for granted,” continued the stylist, who has been Balmain’s artistic director since 2011.

By mixing hip-hop and casting in the name of diversity, Olivier Rousteing has shaken up the codes and multiplied the steps to make the world of luxury understandable to young people and to “democratize” fashion by becoming a star himself and the celebs and redheads attended the Cannes Film Festival carpet.

The Balmain fashion show, bought by Qatari investment fund Mayhoola in 2016 to mark Women’s Ready-to-Wear Week in Paris, is scheduled for the evening of September 27th.
