Fekeli experiences a moment of great pain: within a short time he has to say goodbye to Hunkar, the only woman he has ever loved, and to Yilmaz, the woman he has always considered a son. Now Fekeli also had to witness the death of Mujgan, whom he always considered a daughter. In desperation, the grandfather runs to Kerem Ali to take him – along with Fikret and Lutfiye – to the hospital.
