Terrified festival-goer is stripped and beaten as he is driven to Gaza by Hamas kidnappers – who are now denying him vital medicine, prompting his family to beg for it

Harrowing footage shows the moment a terrified festival-goer is stripped and beaten by Hamas as he is driven to Gaza following the Israeli festival massacre.

Omer Wenkert, 22, a restaurant manager from Israel, was among the crowd at the Tribe of Nova festival in Re’im when Hamas gunmen stormed the site and opened fire, killing at least 260 people.

And a disturbing video shows him being beaten and beaten by terrorists as he is kidnapped and driven away in the back of a white pickup truck.

As Hamas terrorists surround him, Omer is seen lying naked in his underwear while men hit his body with machine guns.

Omer, still alive, desperately turns his head to the camera as the truck drives off into the distance.

Ricardo Grichener, Omer’s uncle, has now made a desperate appeal after discovering that his nephew was still alive after arriving in Gaza.

“We have found traces of him and already a photo in Gaza,” he told Web.

Mr. Grichener explained that his nephew suffered from colitis and “couldn’t survive” without his medication.

“Hamas refused to allow the Red Cross to give him medicine.” “It is a crime against humanity,” he said.

Mr. Grichener added: “It’s terrible.” Hamas is responsible for his well-being. You have to be smart enough to give him his medication.

“The situation is brutal and it is terrible to see my nephew in this situation.”

“But the last we know of him is that he was still alive and we will continue to pray for his safe return until he comes home.”

Mr Grichener said Omer last contacted him on Saturday morning.

“He called his parents at 7am and told them he heard gunshots. 30 minutes later the communication stopped.

“So we knew something terrible had happened.” We tried to locate his location, but we couldn’t. Later that day we found a video of his abduction.”

At least 260 people were killed at the festival in southern Israel on Saturday.

Scores more were injured in attacks as Hamas gunmen swept through the area.

There were reportedly around 3,500 people at the festival, although reports vary.

Armed men entered the festival in vans while others descended on motorized paragliders.

Hamas took an unknown number of hostages from the festival.

Fears are growing for the safety of 26-year-old British citizen Jake Marlowe, who has been missing since Saturday.

He was working at the Supernova festival near the Gaza Strip when Palestinian militants stormed the site at dawn, firing rockets and sending gun-toting terrorists to attack.

More than 100 people have been taken hostage since the raid began on Saturday.

Thomas Helm, The National’s Jerusalem correspondent, told Web on Saturday that locals had expected a rocket attack but were stunned by the nature of the overall attack.

“What’s so shocking about this film is the creativity.” People were planning a big rocket fire. This is what we have been worried about for a long time. “But it’s unrealistic for people to fly in on hang gliders,” he said.

“More than anything, it destroys the feeling that Israel… is obsessed with deterrence whenever you talk to an Israeli general.” And they fear that their deterrent effect has weakened in recent months. But that destroys it.’

Israel responded with devastating airstrikes in recent days and announced it would enforce a “full siege” of the Gaza Strip, affecting 2.3 million people living in the Strip.

Yoav Gallant, Israel’s defense minister, said: “There will be no electricity, no food and no fuel.” [delivered to Gaza].

“We fight barbarically.” [terrorists] and will respond accordingly.’

Some 300,000 reservists have been called up as Israel gains momentum.

With the siege, the country is now trying to “prepare its supporters for the possibility” that “this will be a long war”, Helm told Web this evening.

Hamas responded to the increasing airstrikes by threatening to execute its hostages and sharing evidence online.

Since then, Qatar has tried to broker de-escalation talks with Israel and Hamas, with the aim of reaching an agreement in which both sides release prisoners.

The ongoing negotiations that Qatar has been conducting since Saturday evening in coordination with the United States are “positive,” a source told Portal today.

“We are currently in constant contact with all sides.” “Our priorities are to end the bloodshed, release the prisoners and contain the conflict without regional expansion,” said Foreign Ministry spokesman Majed Al-Ansari.
