Terrifying moment: A crazed neighbor executes father Bladimy Mathurin and his stepson after a noise complaint in the hallway of a Brooklyn apartment building where Barbra Streisand grew up

A harrowing video shows the moment a Brooklyn man shot a father and his stepson in the hallway of their apartment building over a noise complaint.

Bladimy Mathurin, 47, and his stepson Chinwai Mode, 27, were shot dead on Sunday evening following a reported noise complaint.

Officials have named Jason Pass, 47, a downstairs neighbor in the building, as a suspect in the murders.

According to the New York Post, the shooting occurred on the fourth floor of a popular East Flatbush apartment complex where Barbra Streisand and late The Wire star Michael K. Williams grew up.

The haunting footage begins with a man dressed in black pacing angrily in the hallway outside an apartment. While the man is pacing back and forth, a woman in sweatpants and a tank top comes out of an apartment and the situation escalates.

The horror unfolded before the eyes of Mathurin's wife, who saw both her husband and her son killed in cold blood. The gunman in blue is on the run and has not been named by police

The woman is quickly joined by the man, later identified by police as her son Chinwai Mode, 27.

Since the video has no sound, it’s unclear exactly what the neighbors’ back and forth entails.

When the situation seems to be getting worse, mother and son are joined a few moments later by Mathurin, who angrily confronts the neighbor and appears to be brandishing a pair of scissors.

His wife tries to stop him from the confrontation, but Mathurin – reportedly an amateur bodybuilder and father of four – pushes her away.

At that moment, the neighbor pulls a gun out of his jacket and immediately aims it at Mathurin.

Although he appears to acknowledge the gun, he dismisses it and turns to walk back to his door. The neighbor, supposedly Passport, then starts shooting, hitting Mathurin, who immediately falls to the ground.

The stepson, who was in the hallway and saw Mathurin fall to the ground, tries to escape from the shooter but is unsuccessful and is shot several times before collapsing motionless in a pool of blood near the stairs.

Mathurin was shot several times by a neighbor who erupted after an argument over a noise complaint – an issue that had often come up between the two men, who lived in apartments on neighboring floors

Pass then allegedly turns his attention back to Mathurin, who was having difficulty standing up at that moment. He shoots him like an execution right in front of his door.

The man who slaughtered two people looks around the bloody hallway and then calmly waits for the elevator to take him down the stairs before fleeing the scene.

According to the post, nine shell casings were recovered from the scene.

After the murders, Marie Delille, Mathurin’s wife, said she and her family had argued with their downstairs neighbor for years about noise levels.

On Sunday evening, the neighbor began knocking on the ceiling because of the allegedly loud noises coming from Mathurin and Delille’s apartment.

Mathurin responded by hitting back, prompting the neighbor to jump up the stairs and kick the family’s front door, according to the grieving widow.

“This man hates us with every bone in his body,” Delille said.

“My husband had no gun, no gun.” Why did you bring a gun to shoot my family? Why would you bring a gun to tear my family apart? Why? Why?’
