A rented Tesla reckless driver collided with two parked cars while attempting a “dangerous stunt” in a steep residential area of Los Angeles. A wild video show.
A video posted by the Los Angeles Police Department on Sunday shows the black 2018 Tesla S-BLM flying in the air after midnight on Baxter and Alvarado streets, with breathtaking spectators watching.
The video shows a car passing through an intersection, soaring dramatically up a hill, and then colliding with some trash cans and two parked cars.
Tesla was subsequently abandoned on the scene, and Los Angeles police officers are now trying to track the driver in a hit-and-run accident.
LAPD offers a $ 1,000 reward for information that can help identify a Daredevil driver. Some spectators on the scene posted videos of stunts.
One of the nearby residents told KABC that Tesla had hit the back of the car.
“The trash cans scattered everywhere were broken,” Jonathan Stack said of the aftermath of the stunts. KABC
Jordan Hook said his neighbor found “some Tesla down the hill following the jumping and crashing Tesla.” KABC
“Neighbors soon started showing videos of some Tesla jumping down the hill following the crashed Tesla. They piled up from the crash,” the owner said. Jordan Hook told the station.
Jonathan Stack of Echo Park said he opened the door early Sunday morning and found the headlights shining near the front door.
“Then I went out onto the road, where broken trash cans were everywhere,” Sutak told KABC.
Witnesses said the crashed Tesla KABC passenger jumped into another car with a man who had recorded a stunt and was running away.
According to police, the driver is accused of hit-and-run. Investigators received more than 50 tips on the driver’s identity and identified “people of interest” based on public posts on his social media accounts, police said.
“We contacted him on his social media account,” LAPD’s Central Traffic Department said. Tweet.. “We also ask witnesses to come forward.”
No injuries have been reported, but authorities said the reckless trick could have ended in a very different way.
