The 54-year-old presenter ensured all eyes were on her in the standout number, which showcased her incredible figure and slender legs.
She added a dramatic and glamorous touch with dark smokey eye makeup and accessorized with silver hoop earrings and a gold necklace.
Tess wore her blonde locks slicked back into a low ponytail, with two strands falling freely to show off her pretty features.

Nigel Harman and Katya Jones will use Couple’s Choice to perform Just The Way You Are by Bruno Mars, while Bobby Brazier and Dianne Buswell will deliver an American Smooth to Ghost of You by 5 Seconds of Summer.
The show’s oldest contestant, Angela Rippon, will impress in a Paso Doble to Hung Up by Madonna alongside her dance partner Kai Widdrington.
Annabel Croft and Johannes Radebe will perform a samba to “Whenever, Wherever” by Shakira.
A waltz is coming up for Angela Scanlon and Carlos Gu, where the couple dances to “With You I’m Born Again” by Billy Preston & Syreeta.
Krishnan Guru-Murthy and Lauren Oakley will open the show by performing a samba to “Bamboléo” by Gipsy Kings, while Layton Williams and Nikita Kuzmin will perform an Argentinian tango – while dancing to “Tattoo” by Loreen.
