Saltburn focuses on Oxford University student Oliver, played by Keoghan, who becomes fixated on popular, aristocratic fellow student Felix, played by Jacob Elordi, who later invites him to spend the summer at his eccentric family's estate.

The cemetery scene that appears towards the end of the film shocked viewers as protagonist Oliver visits a freshly dug grave.

He lies sobbing on the bare earth before taking off his clothes and performing a sexual act in the earth.

Cheyenne said: “I loved Saltburn. It's not the best movie I've ever seen, but it's also fantastic.

“It just makes my brain itch. Usually this kind of dark media isn't really done well.

“It's funny and dark and so beautiful and well shot.” It's the complete package for my brain.

“One of my best friends is a tattoo artist and when we came out of the theater we were like, 'Let's get a tattoo.'

“So my friend Helena Gifford started drawing some ideas of the cemetery scene for a tattoo.”

She continued: “Your style is incredible.” I asked to draw it without pants as I felt it was more real.

“I always wanted to do the grave scene. I'm a weird gothic guy anyway, so the grave scene seemed best to me.

“I thought the scene was so beautiful – it’s very poetic.”

“It's longing, it's desperation.” If I had someone who was so obsessed with me – that's a goal in my life.

“I just thought it was very romantic in a dark, Victorian way.”

“For me it’s not about Barry Keoghan as an actor – it’s about the scene and how it’s presented.”

“We intentionally left the face on the tattoo a little ambiguous so it can be the person you want it to be.”

The work of art divided opinions online. Some called it “iconic” while others said immortalizing such a scene was “illegal,” although Cheyenne poked fun at the “trolls.”

Responding to the furore surrounding her new body ink, Cheyenne said: “It's a strange, passionate and disturbing tattoo.”

“I just respond to the trolls with humor.” It really doesn't affect me. Everyone close to me loves it.

“I would hope Barry Keoghan and Jacob Elordi would like it if they saw it. 'I hope they wouldn't be offended!'
