This Thursday, June 26, the President of the Professional Football Sports Federation (ADFP), Óscar Romerodenounced in the State Ministry Augustine Lozano and other members of the Board of Directors of the Peruvian Football Federation (FPF). The manager is calling for the arrest of the president of Peru’s highest football organization as part of the ongoing investigation into criminal association and other crimes.
According to the document The reason for this complaint is “the repeated coercive measures taken by the general secretary of the federation, Sabrina Martín Zamalloa”, against Alianza Lima and other clubs in League 1. by the problems of television rights.
“We report to your public prosecutor the events that took place over the last weekend between Friday June 23 and Sunday June 25, 2023 and call for the arrest of the investigated Agustín Lozano and the investigated lawyer Sabrina Martín Zamalloa for the repeated acts that it was carried out against some first-professional football clubs, including Club Alianza Lima,” the document reads.

As already mentioned, last Friday, June 23, the Supreme Court ruled in favor of GolPerú, repealing the precautionary measure taken by the FPF that had prevented this broadcaster from broadcasting the games from Alianza Lima, Cienciano, Melgar and Deportivo Binacional.
