Last October, Vizzotti accompanied President Alberto Fernández in the delivery of 344 special vehicles to the national health system.
During an event in the city of Moreno, the President reiterated that the State must play a fundamental role in the measures to ensure medical care for citizens of all regions of this nation.
Fernández recalled that after taking office in December 2019, the Ministry of Health had to be rebuilt, demoted and destroyed by former President Mauricio Macri.
In addition, he pointed out that his government had to face the Covid-19 pandemic with an abandoned health structure that was gradually being restored.
Anything we invest in health and education will never be an expense. This guarantees better living conditions for Argentines, he said.
I feel it is my duty to say that the interior of our nation will be properly cared for. We bring equality and justice to places that need it, he added.
The vehicles delivered required an investment of more than $26 million, implemented as part of the Health Systems Recovery Plan.
