The decadent French-style mansion that served as the filming location for The Bachelor Australia season one is available to rent for a staggering $6,500 a week.
Located in Bayview, on Sydney’s northernmost beaches, 21 miles from the CBD, the three-story pad features six bedrooms and seven bathrooms.
The resort-style Spread was last sold in 2020 for $9.5 million and comes fully furnished, reports The Daily Telegraph.
Perched high on a headland overlooking Mona Vale and Pittwater, the lavishly appointed home features a swimming pool and tennis court.
Designed as a blend of 19th century elegance and modern luxury, it features stone terraces on each level offering stunning views of the surrounding bushland.

Opulent bedrooms have walk-in closets and ensuite bathrooms, while bathrooms feature marble, granite, and wood countertops.
Highlights include expansive living areas, including a ballroom-sized entertainment area with a granite fireplace.
There is also a banquet style dining room, library and games room.
Other highlights include a gym, as well as a spa and sauna with changing rooms.

Named “La Joie De Vivre,” meaning “Joy of Life,” Bachelor fans will recognize the distinctive pad from the inaugural 2013 season.
This season featured suitor Tim Robards, who chose Anna Heinrich in the final.
The mansion was once home to Clive Thomas, who renovated the home after buying it in 2016 for $7.05 million.
