The couple sparked romance rumors with several recent outings, and now sources confirm that the two “recently started dating,” according to Us Weekly.
“At first they were just friends, but recently things have turned romantic,” an insider told the publication.
The couple was last spotted taking a smoke break in West Hollywood on Wednesday. In a photo shared by TMZ, they stood facing each other and touching their feet.
The Hulu hunk was also recently linked to model Ashley Moore in August after they were seen passionately kissing after a dinner date.
Jeremy’s dates come a few weeks after the star agreed to several provisions in his custody agreement with Timlin.
According to court documents obtained by TMZ, the actor signed up for daily alcohol tests in order to spend time with his daughters.
According to the conditions, Jeremy will be tested when Ezer and Dolores are in his care, and if alcohol is detected in the actor’s system, a retest will be carried out 15 minutes later.
If the new test is positive, the actor’s custody of the children will be withdrawn until a decision is made about how to proceed.

The custody agreement also includes Jeremy agreeing to no less than “two Alcoholics Anonymous (“AA”) meetings per week,” along with other therapy, according to court documents.
