Victoria, 49, appeared in high spirits as she continued to battle with her broken foot, while her famous family formed a united front of support.
The former Spice Girl, who recently injured her ankle while working out at the gym, suited up for the weather wearing a black double-breasted trench coat and black leggings.
Victoria didn't let her injury get in the way of fashion and added a touch of glamor to her ensemble with a pair of silver pointy stilettos.
She was accompanied by her supportive husband, football legend David, 48, who looked handsome as ever in a camel jacket and matching trainers.

Her son Cruz, 19, and daughter Harper, 12, followed her with arms full of designer shopping bags.
Cruz opted for a comfortable outfit for his trip back to the states, donning a red and green hoodie, beige battle fatigues and red and white sneakers.
Harper also prioritized comfort on the trip as she looked cute and trendy in matching gray sweatpants, crop top and zip-up jacket.
Behind them were the lovebirds Brooklyn (24) and his wife Nicola Peltz (29), who radiated the 90s.
Brooklyn wore a pair of worn black leather boots from Dr. Marten with dark blue jeans and a black bomber jacket.
Nicola looked sensational in a pair of black platform boots, light blue bootcut jeans and a thick leather jacket.
Their united front comes after PETA activists stormed the catwalk on Friday in anger over the VB's use of leather.

Particularly absent was 21-year-old son Romeo, who was unable to join the family and apparently remained in London after splitting from his girlfriend Mia Regan.
