On the Utah side, things continue as the bizarre and improbable trial of Gwyneth Paltrow continues, who is being charged in a civil suit by a man who claims he sustained serious injuries from a fall on skis caused by the actress.
The man in question, Terry Sanderson, is seeking $300,000 in damages.
It was the turn of Gwyneth Paltrow’s two children, the famous Apple and Moses, born from the star’s union with Coldplay’s Chris Martin, to offer their version of the facts in the form of a written statement, cementing the endorsement for the actress and wellness mogul.

Of the two, his son Moses had the most say.
According to his statement, he would have witnessed the accident directly, as he would not have been further away from his mother on the slope.
“I remember skiing with my ski instructor and briefly glimpsing the collision…” he says in his written testimony, only to corroborate Gwyneth’s version…that it was more the man who was said to be dark and not the opposite!
“I saw my mother and a person behind her…” Moses continues, only to hear his mother say:
“What the hell? You just crossed my path!”
Paltrow’s daughter Apple instead told her side of the story after the incident as she was not present at the time.
She was further down the slope.
Apple said in its statement that several hours after the collision, its mother was genuinely troubled by the event.
“That asshole fell on me. He walked right in the back,” Gwyneth would have told her daughter when she asked her why she was in this condition.
Remember that the star offers the man a million dollars.
