The Block’s Dylan Adams and Jenny Heath have broken their silence after their house was finally sold earlier this week.
The Gisborne estate found a buyer in a private sale three months after it was delivered on auction day; However, it’s a mystery as to its selling price or if it reached its original reserve of $4.08 million.
The engaged couple took to Instagram on Tuesday to mull over the sale while sharing a photo of themselves smiling on their porch.

“We heard about the sale and are happy to move on now. We are very pleased to now focus on the sale of the Palm House. Great love.’
The couple’s home in the Macedon Ranges was auctioned off last November when it fell short of the $4.08 million reserve.

Neun announced on Tuesday that the home had been purchased through a private contract.
A spokesman for the network confirmed the home went to a family, “which is a positive outcome for everyone,” but would not reveal a sale price.
Nine has not yet announced how much House 4 has sold for, but has indicated that the number will not be released as the sale is private.
“Dylan and Jenny’s home is now a very popular property for a family who have been impressed by the high standard of construction and the incredible views of the Macedon Ranges so close to Melbourne,” said a representative.
TCC real estate agent Kirrily Evans told NCA NewsWire the home was sold Monday to a “lovely family” who “fell in love the minute they walked through the house.”
