Block stars Gavin Atkins and Warren Sonin have suffered a huge setback while selling a Sydney apartment they bought in 2017.
The one-bedroom, one-bathroom investment property in the sought-after inner-city suburb of Potts Point was purchased for $890,000.
But the fan favorites, affectionately known as Gav and Waz, suffered a disappointment in October when the well-appointed pad sold for $900,000, making a profit of just $10,000.
According to The Daily Telegraph, the couple, who became famous as the first gay couple on The Block, had been renting out the resort-style apartment for $660 a week.
Located on the 18th floor of the iconic Zenith building, known for its Coco Cola sign, the apartment offers stunning views of Sydney Harbour.
