They had one of the hottest properties on The Block.
But “Leah and Ash’s House 2” failed to sell at Sunday’s renovation show finale, grossing $2.9 million.
And now the couple appear to have a willing buyer willing to spend $3.1 million on the sprawling five-bedroom, four-bathroom property, netting them a profit of $130,000.
The Herald Sun reports that the Blockheads are expected to sell the house within 48 hours.
According to the report, estate agents are currently negotiating the sale, with a source telling the publication that buyers have been “put off” by notorious high-profile block bidders Adrian “Mr Lambo” Portelli and Danny Wallis.

Buxton Hampton East estate agent Noel Susay told the Herald Sun he expected to complete the deal in the next “24 to 48 hours”.
He added: “They are buyers who were afraid to come to the show’s auctions because they thought they would be beaten by the big hitters Danny and Adrian.”
This comes after Leah and Ash’s House 2 caused a lot of excitement among potential bidders ahead of last week’s block auction.
