The video shared by her hairstylist on TikTok shows Mendoza stacking the cake with flawless makeup, perfectly styled hair and a white robe. The post quickly went viral, sparking enthusiasm from the talented bride.

Mendoza told Insider that she sees her marriage as a great opportunity since she recently graduated from culinary school with a major in baking and pastry.
She baked the four tiers of the cake about a week before the wedding and froze them for easier decorating the day before the ceremony. On her wedding day, all she had to do was stack the previously prepared layers.
Videos of the bride’s wedding cakes assembling the cake went viral and have been viewed over 18 million times on Instagram and TikTok. The bride admitted she wasn’t aware of the number of views.
