The Canadian recalled defender Jayden Struble. To make room for him in the lineup, he placed the name Rafaël Harvey-Pinard on the injured list.
The 22-year-old American was selected in the second round (46th overall) by the Montreal team in 2019 and has collected six points in twelve games with the Laval Rocket since the start of the season.
Martin St-Louis’ troupe is preparing to set off on a four-meet trip, three of which will take place in California. With Arber Xhekaj out with a shoulder injury, bringing in an extra defender isn’t a bad idea.
Especially since Jordan Harris doesn’t appear to be in top form, as he retired to the locker room with an upper-body injury during the Vancouver Canucks’ visit on November 12th. He is also not taking part in training this morning.
