Hindenburg Research LLC is a short selling investment research firm founded by Nathan Anderson in 2017 and is based in New York. Named after the 1937 Hindenburg disaster, which they characterize as a preventable, man-made disaster, the company produces public reports through its website alleging corporate fraud and wrongdoing. It’s a very young company.
It has one great specialty that I really appreciate. She researches companies and once she finds out what’s wrong she writes a nice report that she publishes for free, which is very rude once you’ve read and understood the rest.
In fact, the company is taking short positions ahead of the release of its report and the results of its research. As soon as the securities are sold short, she publishes the results of her investigations.

I find the idea quite exquisite to carry it out with the weapons of the market and the tools of the speculators, the billionaires are to blame and guilty of fraud.
There will inevitably and very quickly be legal troubles, which is what Hindenburg Research has just done, and the attack on the world’s third fortune is not to say that the company will not also be the subject of investigation, particularly with regard to the notion of conflict interesting, although the logic of researching a company before investing your money is still a good idea.

But no one works in our world anymore, starting with journalists who only copy cables from official news agencies or press releases from Mamamouchis and other competent and authorized “authorities”.
