The Christmas present Harry and Meghan's son asked for and won't get
Meghan Markle revealed that her son is a big fan of photography and that he wanted an expensive camera as a gift for Christmas.
The Duchess of Sussex shared Archie's Christmas wish list during a question and answer session following a special screening of the Netflix short film “The After.”
The conversation took place on November 15 at a private home in Montecito, California, where Markle lives with Prince Harry and their two children Archie, 4, and Princess Lilibet, 2.
The Suits actress explained that her son was inspired by it Misan Harrimana renowned photographer who took some family photos of the Duke and Duchess of Sussex.
“Our four-year-old son,” before correcting himself, “said, 'No, I'm not four years old.' I have – one and a half… The last time he was with us, Misan showed him how to take photos. I bought Archie a camera and he said, 'But it's not a Leica like Misan,'” he said, laughing.
“I told him, 'You're not going to get a Leica!' Not even at Christmas.'” Markle continued before turning her attention to Harriman. “So thank you very much for the inspiration across the board.”
