Actor Sebastian Chacon has harshly criticized rape allegations made by three women who accused him of sexual assault, including an allegation that he choked them unconscious during sex.
The bombshell lawsuit filed in New York alleged the Daisy Jones & The Six star sexually assaulted three women between 2017 and 2022.
Two of the three women who filed the lawsuit claimed Chacon choked them until they lost consciousness and then continued to have sex with them.
Chacon “vehemently” denied those allegations and said the “false allegations of sexual assault are…morally reprehensible.”
In a statement to , Chabrowe said the alleged victims “attempted to extort Mr. Chacon out of millions of dollars.”
‘Mister. Chacon refused to compromise his ethical convictions; “This lawsuit is simply the result of his refusal to be blackmailed,” the statement said.

The other woman – known as “Jane Doe 1” in the lawsuit, which did not name any of the accusers – said she was 16 when Chacon, 24, groomed her while they were together on the set of the TV show Crash and Burn.
Jane Doe 1 claimed their relationship went from dating to physical when the actor allegedly attacked her.
The civil lawsuit alleged that the alleged incidents occurred in New York City, Los Angeles and New Orleans.
All three women have chosen to remain anonymous, and their attorney Aurore DeCarlo told The Daily Beast that “the facts described in the complaint speak for themselves.”
In an email to , Chacon’s lawyer wrote: “Sebastian Chacon and his close friends and family have been verbally abused, harassed and threatened by accusers.”
He added: “A criminal investigation into their conduct is currently ongoing.”

“Jane Doe 1” said that her and Chacon’s relationship began with flirtation when he bought her earrings and took her on dates. One of the appointments took place at the New Museum in Manhattan, the lawsuit says.
The woman said the relationship soon turned physical when he was her first kiss. The lawsuit detailed their relationship and then escalated when he fucked and groped her in his apartment.
She then said he urged her to take off her pants, but she refused, according to court documents.
Chacon and “Jane Doe 1” then attended a fundraiser together, where he pressured her to drink alcohol before they rode back on the subway together, the victim said.
According to the documents, Chacon kissed her to stop her from getting off the train at her parents’ stop and instead heading to his house.
As Chacon performed oral sex on the teenager there, she lay still on the bed and “felt unwell, as well as sleepy and disoriented from the alcohol,” the lawsuit says.
Chacon denied the allegations through his attorney Jeff Chabrowe, saying that the “false allegations of sexual assault…are morally reprehensible.”

The filing said Chacon then “forcibly” forced himself on her without consent or contraception, which then caused her “excruciating pain” and bleeding, the lawsuit said.
According to the victim, Chacon only stopped after she told him that it “hurt” and that he didn’t comfort her after it was over.
The following day, “Jane Doe 1” said her parents were “frantic” and called her repeatedly and even messaged Chacon on Facebook, the lawsuit says.
The lawsuit alleged that the woman did not immediately tell her parents about the alleged sexual assault because she knew she was already in trouble for not coming home the night before.
“Jane Doe 2” and “Jane Doe 3” said they were both in a relationship with the actor and that he “bombarded her with love” before manipulating and abusing her during their time together, the lawsuit says .
Both said Chacon had anal sex with them, even though they verbally objected, the lawsuit says.
“Jane Doe 2” said she frequently passed out while having sex with him and woke up “to her horror” when he continued, the lawsuit says.
The lawsuit said Chacon claimed he was a “sex addict.”
The two victims said they were both choked by Chacon until they passed out during sex.
“Jane Doe 3” recalled that he once said, “That’s how you choke someone so they pass out,” while jokingly grabbing her neck and hand, the documents say.

Prosecutors are seeking a jury trial and hope it will award them “compensatory damages for all physical injuries, emotional distress, psychological harm, anxiety, humiliation, physical and emotional pain and suffering, and other damages in an amount to be determined at trial.” .’
